Julianna Gentilucci, LSW
She/Hers/Her
Julianna received her Master of Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey and specializes in trauma, interpersonal and relationship concerns, self-image and self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. She takes a trauma-informed approach to therapy, recognizing how our experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world around us.
At the core of Julianna’s therapeutic approach is the belief that meaningful change begins with recognition and awareness, but true transformation happens when we learn to embody the changes we are seeking. Therapy is not only about understanding why we think, feel, or behave in certain ways; it is about learning how to translate that insight into action, create new patterns, and develop a stronger connection to ourselves.
Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based, and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring the therapeutic process to each client’s unique experiences and needs. Julianna strives to create a space that is warm, authentic, and empowering—where clients can explore the patterns that have shaped them, deepen their understanding of themselves, and begin consciously embodying the life and relationships they want to create.
