Carsyn has experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through therapy in clinical, educational, and community settings. She has worked with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, trauma, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ identity development. Her clinical style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. Carsyn integrates evidence-based practices such as child-centered play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychoeducation, while tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. She has also completed a certificate program in harm reduction approaches, which informs her ability to meet clients with flexibility and care.

At the heart of her practice, Carsyn is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. She emphasizes collaboration, working closely with clients to explore their experiences, identify personal strengths, and build practical skills to navigate challenges.
