Emma is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New York University. With experience in both private practice and partial hospitalization settings, she provides compassionate care to adolescents and adults facing a range of challenges, including co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem , and trauma.

Emma takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, creating a warm and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. She believes in the power of collaboration, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and empowering them to tap into their inherent resilience and strengths. Emma has a deep understanding of how people’s lived experiences shape their present-day struggles, and she is committed to helping clients process those experiences and develop healthier coping strategies.

Emma’s therapeutic approach is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, and she integrates a variety of modalities to ensure that each client receives care tailored to their individual needs. She helps clients challenge negative thought patterns, build self-compassion, and foster lasting change. Through this work, Emma aims to promote growth, healing, and a renewed sense of self-worth, guiding clients toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
